  • up to 30 guests → from €2,500

  • up to 50 guests → from €3,000

  • exclusive use of the villa and outdoor courtyard

  • use of indoor spaces (kitchen, dining room, living room)

  • basic setup of the venue before the event

  • guest parking

Not included (available upon request or self-organised):

  • catering and beverages

  • decoration (except basic setup)

  • music, photography, event planning

  • event coordination

PLUS PACKAGE- weddings
venue + planning Support

For couples who want support with planning, while still actively involved in the organisation.

  • up to 50 guests → from €4,000

Includes:

  • everything included in the BASIC package

  • initial planning consultation

  • concept development (style, ambiance, overall vision)

  • supplier recommendations

  • simple wedding timeline

  • basic décor (lighting, ambiance styling, setup)

Not included:

  • full booking and management of all suppliers

  • full-day on-site coordination

  • complex productions (multi-location or multi-day events)

PREMIUM PACKAGE- weddings
full-service planning

Full-service wedding planning for a completely stress-free experience from concept to execution.

Ideal for:

Couples who want a fully curated boutique wedding experience.

​

Pricing:

  • up to 30 guests → from €5,000

  • up to 50 guests → from €5,500

Includes:

  • everything included in the PLUS package

  • full wedding concept design (rustic, vintage, elegant, or bespoke style)

  • detailed timeline and planning structure

  • full booking and coordination of all suppliers

  • on-site coordination on the wedding day

Important:

  • does not include personal items (dress, jewellery, transport, etc.)

  • does not include multi-day coordination

  • suitable for small to medium weddings

ACCOMMODATION
Vila Dane

Boutique accommodation for up to 7 guests on the day of the event.

From €250 per night (seasonal rates may apply)

  • basic decoration and ambiance styling

  • event timeline planning

  • on-site coordination on the day of the event

  • costs of external suppliers (catering, DJ, photographer, etc.)

  • complex productions (multi-day events or multiple locations)

  • Prices are approximate and can be adjusted according to your preferences.

  • External supplier fees are not included (catering, music, photography, decoration, makeup, etc.).

  • All additional services are selected together, and payment is arranged directly with the chosen suppliers.
